- in 2009, Natalie’s Foothills girls track & field team won the Sunrise Regional championships
Equally adroit at coaching cross country, Natalie has been the head women’s cross country coach at Foothill for the past 10 years. Some of her individual and team accomplishments include:
- Nevada cross country Coach of the Year in 2005 and 2006
- Sunrise regional cross country champions in 2005 and 2006
- team competitors in the Nevada state championships 9 out of those 10 years
- coach of a 3-time individual regional champion in 2007-2008
In addition to her role as track and cross country coach, Natalie has found the time to train with us for 6 years running. This year she’s aiming to enjoy the trip down the Strip and back in her second shot at the world’s most amazing and amusing half-marathon.
Natalie is a valuable resource to all of us in the group, and we are lucky to have her aboard once again in 2010.
Jennifer Lee, in addition to having trained with us for all 5 years, is a certified nutritionist, a certified fitness nutrition coach and a certified personal trainer. No matter what you might think of Jennifer, don't call her uncertified.
Jennifer will be providing clinics on topics like:
- the proper diet for endurance training
- a balanced diet for weight loss
